Our emergency services department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, dispatching licensed tradespeople for urgent home repair needs. Common emergency calls include water leaks and burst pipes, sewer and drain backups, electrical outages and sparking outlets, gas odors, furnace failures during cold weather, air conditioner breakdowns during heat waves, and storm damage requiring immediate tarping or board-up. Our emergency dispatch center triages calls based on urgency and dispatches the nearest available technician from our fleet of 18 service vehicles.
For homeowners who prefer to prevent problems before they happen, we offer comprehensive annual home maintenance programs. These programs include seasonal HVAC inspections and filter changes, plumbing fixture inspections and minor adjustments, roof and eavestrough inspections, exterior caulking and weatherstripping checks, smoke and carbon monoxide detector testing, and a prioritized list of recommended repairs or upgrades.
