Our Story
Adp Home Solutions Inc. was established in 2011 by a master plumber and an electrician who had spent years working for large service companies and recognized a gap in the market for a home services company that genuinely prioritized quality over volume. The founding partners believed that most home service problems stemmed from rushed work, under-trained technicians, and a focus on selling unnecessary repairs rather than fixing the actual problem. They set out to build a company that would do the opposite hire experienced tradespeople, pay them well enough to stay, give them the tools and time to do the job properly, and compensate them for customer satisfaction rather than sales targets.
Over 14 years, that philosophy has proven successful. ADP Home has grown from two tradespeople sharing a single truck to a team of 42 professionals operating 18 service vehicles across 25 Ontario municipalities. We have completed over 8,200 jobs for more than 3,800 homeowners, and our referral rate has consistently exceeded 75 percent, meaning the majority of our new customers come from recommendations by existing customers. This organic growth has allowed us to expand methodically into new service areas and trade disciplines without sacrificing the quality standards that built our reputation.
Today, ADP Home offers six core service categories under one roof: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, renovations, roofing and exterior, and emergency services. This breadth allows us to serve homeowners comprehensively, whether they need a single faucet repair or a complete home renovation involving multiple trades. Our integrated model eliminates the finger-pointing that often occurs when multiple contractors are involved in a project, because our team takes full responsibility for every aspect of the work from start to finish.
